We are a young team of two co-founders with experience at Airbus, Preligens & Aeroport de Paris. Our passion for aviation grounds our determination to improve the environmental impact of the sector. We built a software able to analyze precise flight tracks and retro-engineer carbon emissions. We sell it to airlines, regulators and aircraft lessors.

Your Role

‍
You will be part of the business team within Estuaire and work closely with our co-founder in charge of business development. In your role, across Data-science, Sales, you will be in charge of the following main activities:
‍

● Business development :

○ Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and provide timely insights. Develop reports and visualizations to communicate key metrics : CAC, LTV, Win ratio
○ Sales Strategy Development: Develop effective sales strategies based on existing deals won. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities of new features and feed the product team
○ Process Improvement: Identify and propose data-driven solutions to optimize sales processes and marketing practices (newsletters, LinkedIn posts)
○ CRM Management: Ensure data accuracy and compliance within the CRM system.

● Product development support:
○ Further develop our flight analytics platform with the improvement of our data ingestion & cleaning pipeline & our carbon-emissions precise modeling
○ Document the technical functioning of our products

Your Qualifications and Skills
‍

We are looking for the following qualifications but do not worry if not matching all those :
● Pursuing a degree in engineering or equivalent (specialization in aerospace is a nice-to-have)
● Knowledge in data-science is mandatory with ability to write code in Python or equivalent
● Candidate should be curious, autonomous and a reliable team player with interest for innovation in aviation
● “This cannot work” is a sentence you use very carefully

● English work proficiency is necessary for this position, French is not required but obviously beneficial in Paris

● A first interview with our co-founder in charge of business composed as follow :
○ Get-to-know and discussion about motivation and interests (30 min)
○ Data case on sales problem (30 min)
● A second interview with our other co-founder
○ Get-to-know and discussion about motivation and interests (30 min)
○ “Day at work” case to understand to reaction to a particular situation (30 min)
