Want to join an international company and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next apprentice as "Global On-Trade Development" starting in September 2023. You will provide support for strategic on-trade initiatives and commercial agreements as well as some ad-hoc projects. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Supported by the CEO, the Global Business Development department (GBD) acts as an internal coordinating entity and support unit for the Group’s affiliates to reinforce their commercial and marketing excellence. The team manages several sales and marketing projects, as well as international agreements with off-trade and on-trade customers.

Your key missions

‍
Development of different internal projects, including:

‍

Development of the On-Trade Community:

• Regular communication and best practice sharing on the On-Trade Community Portal
• Creation and distribution of the quarterly On-Trade newsletter
• Compile and share best practices from the Group
• Active presence and support in preparation of the On-Trade calls
• Data gathering for and from TOP20 On-Trade Markets
• Collection and research of the On-Trade trends in available resources

Development of Sales Force Capability tools, including:

• Saleswise: Manage tool updates and communication to markets
• Connected Customers: management of the tool and lead new updates with IT department
• Barstarts / Barsmarts: Manage access and reports for different customer
• Support team with all the different internal tools

Support the International Customers Agreement strategy Team, including:

IHP – International Hotels Program

• Support the team in the development of our customer programs and agreements
• Support the compilation of all the volumes & compliance of the different international customers
• Provide research and fact findings needs for commercial opportunities

• You are fluent in English; French is an asset
• You enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
• You are pursuing a degree in Business or Marketing
• You have an experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing or Project Management
• Knowledge of the on-trade, the hospitality industry or wine & spirits industry is a plus
• You are proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
