Job description

As a Growth Hacker at Beavr, you’ll be responsible for setting up and continuously improving Beavr’s lead generation machine. Your goal : find new clients and fuel the sales team with qualified leads.
As such, you’ll be both a pillar in Beavr’s Sales & Marketin team and instrumental in Beavr’s business development : without you, there will be no business (no pressure 😎).

Growth (your top priority)

Inbound : we want you to become Beavr’s inbound lead generation guru. As such, you’ll be responsible for

  • defining the inbound strategy hand-in-hand with Pierre
  • setting up experiments and tests to identify the best inbound methods for Beavr
  • deploying / scaling the best methods identified
  • continuously iterating to improve the lead gen machine

You’ll be accountable for the number of MQL generated per month.
All methods will be worth exploring, as long as you can measure their performance to identify the best ones !

Strategy with Pierre and Charles

  • Definition of the sales strategy (geographies, ICP, scorecard, key accounts, channels, etc.) to expand prospects and increase customer conversion
  • Understanding of our customers’ purchasing criteria and key selling points to use in pitches and negotiations

Automation

  • Setup and maintain of the required tools to be as efficient possible in both driving the lead generation AND monitoring the results and performance
  • Setup and maintain integrations between the lead gen tools and methods and our Sales & Marketing stack (Make, Hubspot, Linkedin, Webflow, Campaign automation, Slack)
  • Be ultimately responsible for maintaining our CRM and making sure everything is correctly set up and the automation / integration workflows are working correctly

Preferred experience

The ideal candidate has a strong entrepreneurial mindset, is willing to work on ambitious project and is eager to take on important responsibilities to achieve that ambition.
Before anything else, we’re looking for soft skills (among which curiosity, adaptability) and a performance-driven mindset. If you have energy, good ideas and are hungry for success, this will be a good match !

Must have:

  • 1st professional experience (CDI or internship)
  • Ambition and a performance-driven mindset
  • Combination of eagerness to learn and data-driven mindset : you test, you learn, you improve
  • Autonomy : you’re comfortable with setting up your own work
  • Native French, and professional English

Plus:

  • Experience(s) as Growth Hacker in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience(s) in a startup
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads
  • Interest for sustainable development and CSR strategy (you will be trained, but great if you have some knowledge already !)
