Overview:
Choosing a career is one thing, but understanding how decisions are really made in tech, finance, and business and who gets to be part of them is another. On May 14th, Albertine is hosting Meet the Boss in Milan, an event built around a simple idea: Diversity Building the Future of Tech, Finance & Business. Not as a trend, but as a structural issue.
Because the people around the table influence what gets built, funded, and scaled and today, those tables still lack diversity. So the question is not just how to enter these industries, but how to have a voice once you’re in them.
For this conversation, we’re bringing together leaders who operate at that level, to talk about leadership, investment, and decision-making from the inside, what it actually looks like, what’s expected, and what still needs to change.
