‍Pernod Ricard is looking for an apprentice in “Sustainable Business” starting September 2023. You will assist the S&R team in the implementation of the S&R strategy at Group level, and to provide support for competitive monitoring, benchmarks as well as strategic cross-cutting projects. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions

‍

Mission 1: Competitive monitoring

• You will conduct regular benchmarking and monitoring of the sustainability environment to feed the S&R strategy
• You will elaborate summaries based on trends, official reports, and the news to share with relevant internal stakeholders

‍

Mission 2: Sustainability & Responsibility risks, strategy, and materiality

• You will contribute to the analysis of the current and future reporting requirements (CSRD and other CSR regulations, double materiality, EFRAG standards analysis)
• You will support the Group’s Human rights impact assessment in line with the United Nations Guiding Principles and the Group’s policy development and dissemination

Mission 3: Sustainability & Responsibility integration into business

• You will contribute to the implementation of the Group's 2030 S&R Roadmap (update of toolkits and action plans)

• You will participate in conferences and webinars related to sustainability issues to identify and share best practices

Mission 4: Sustainability & Responsibility reporting and public disclosure management

• You will partake in the updates of the chapter 3 of the Universal Registration Document and other key S&R platforms and reporting tools: dashboard, presentations, and website
• You will be involved in the annual reporting campaign of a dedicated reporting tool and stream: reporting updates, webinar preparation and restitution of results

Mission 5: ESG (Environment, Social Governance) Ratings and Benchmarks  

• You will support collaborative responses to ESG ratings and rankings questionnaires that Pernod Ricard proactively engages with (Ecovadis, MSCI, Sustainalytics, CDP, Moody’s, WBA, CHRB, Global Compact COP etc.).
• You will identify strengths and improvement opportunities for key contributors

• You have a master’s degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Corporate Finance or Public Administration
• Previous experience and internship in sustainability within an international organization. Experience in a leading auditing/consulting firm is a plus
• You have great analytical skills
• You have a good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• You have a sensitivity to sustainability, nature, social, societal and health issues
• You are fluent in English and French
